A Protocol between the Malta Qualifications Council (MQC) and the Malta Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, as representative of the Thames Valley University LCM, was signed by the President of the Society, Mr Joseph J. Mifsud and Mr Joseph Abela Fitzpatrick, Chairman of the Malta Qualifications Council. The ceremony was held at the offices of the MQC in Santa Lucia on June 23, 2010. Present for the signing of the Protocol were Mr Stephen Sant’Angelo, Hon. Secretary, Mro Lawrence Borg, Council Member of the Society and Mr. Joe Scerri a/Director.
